I grew up in Rich Fountain, Missouri. My parents are hard-working people with great values. They established good life paths for my sister and 3 brothers. They gave us great life lessons that guide me today.
I attended Sacred Heart elementary school and Fatima High school in Westphalia, MO.
I am married to the love of my life, Cathy. She is a great influence in my life and career. We have three wonderful children – Elizabeth (Joe), Rachel (Andy) and Harrison. We have 3 wonderful grandchildren – Lilly, Avery, and Carter.
I received an associate degree from Lincoln University in Computer Science. I worked in Missouri state government computer programming positions during my early career. I later received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Columbia College while raising a family and working full time.
My information technology career took me to GTE Data Services and DST Systems in various programming, analysis, and managerial roles. I have many friends and clients tied to that time in my life. I began my career as a financial advisor at AG Edwards in 2003 in Jefferson City. In 2009 I joined a small regional brokerage firm - Smith Moore.
In December 2018 I began my own business - Missouri Hills Wealth Management. This has brought together 2 of my career goals – being a financial advisor and owning my own business.
I enjoy time with Cathy and our family, attending church, outdoor work around our small acreage, golfing, biking, and following the Cardinals!
